Nobu Hospitality, the global lifestyle brand founded by Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro and Meir Teper, has just announced the continuation of its global expansion with the creation of a new hotel in Hamburg, Germany, the 7th in Europe after London (2 hotels), Ibiza, Marbella, Warsaw and Barcelona.
Nobu is renowned for its award-winning Japanese "new style" cuisine and its hotel offer in the world's sought-after locations.
The Hamburg Nobu Hotel and Restaurant, carried by SIGNA Real Estate, will be located in the Elbtower, which will be a mixed-use tower (the highest in the city). In addition to the hotel restaurant, the building will also include office space. The ground floors, with their innovative layouts, will form the centre of the Elbtower community and will play an important role in positioning the Elbtower as the most attractive place to work, sleep, eat and drink, shop and socialise in Hamburg.
The offer will include a variety of retail shops, restaurants and communal workspaces. The Elbtower will be added to the SIGNA Group's portfolio of exclusive real estate properties in leading European cities.
The Nobu Hotel Elbtower Hamburg will offer 191 spacious rooms and suites, a 200-seat Nobu restaurant, a terrace bar and lounge overlooking the Elbe, a state-of-the-art fitness and wellness centre. In addition to the restaurant and private dining rooms, the hotel will offer an event area for business meetings and social gatherings, as well as an outdoor terrace. Another differentiating feature will be the Nobu Private Club for the local community, where members will enjoy a private lounge with a range of food and drinks, access to the hotel's fitness and wellness centre and exclusive members-only events.
