
Louvre Hotels Group continues to pursue strong development in Poland with the opening of the Golden Tulip Miedzyzdroje Residence. The new establishment offers 110 spacious apartments.
Louvre Hotels Group has announced the opening of the Golden Tulip Miedzyzdroje Residence. The property, situated in the seaside town of Miedzyzdroje in the northwest of the country, follows the group’s recent opening of the Campanile and Première Classe Wroclaw Centrum. The group’s portfolio in Poland now thus comprises two Golden Tulip, nine Campanille, and two Première Classe hotels, representing a total of 1,500 rooms.The project was accomplished in cooperation with Qualia Development, a subsidiary of the financial institution PKO Bank Polski. The strategic partnership has six other projects in the pipeline in other cities around Poland including in Varsovie and Zakopane.Matthieu Evrard, Chief Development Officer of Louvre Hotels Group, said, “The group is delighted to see the first opening of a project in cooperation with Qualia, just a few months after a strategic franchise agreement between the two groups.”Louvre Hotels Group continues its pursuit of rapid expansion in central Europe; it foresees the development of 15 new hotels in Poland as well as the opening of new establishments in Lithuania and Ukraine.
