Raffles lands a deal for a hotel in one of the city's biggest development projects.

The Zorlu Center will be Turkey’s first mixed-service center which will house an arts centre, offices, residential property, retail space, and a Raffles hotel.The property has a price tag of $175 million (excluding land value) and is developed by Zorlu Property.
