The InterContinental Hotel Group has signed an agreement with the Cairn Hotel Group to rebrand four Cairn establishments under IHG brands, including Indigo, Crowne Plaza, and Holiday Inn Express.

The InterContinental Hotel Group announced the signing of an agreement with the Cairn Hotel Group to rebrand four Cairn establishments under IHG brands, including Indigo, Crowne Plaza, and Holiday Inn Express. Cairn will maintain both ownership and management of the four establishments through the rebranding. Cairn Finance director Richard Warren explains that the decision is driven by "mainstream" market demand for larger brands that consumers "recognise and trust".
