IHG has signed a franchise agreement with owner Petrov Commerce to convert an office building to a 68-room hotel. The hotel is scheduled to open in 2015. It  will be the group's first establishment in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, and its second in Bulgaria.Holiday Inn Plovdiv International Fair will be located at the entrance of Plovdiv City Centre, near the city's fair grounds."We're excited to be expanding in Bulgaria. The hotel market is starting to gain some momentum as international brands begin to make headway here", says Peter Vermeer, Director of development Eastern and Central Europe.
