InterContinental Hotels Group a signé un accord avec Pro Invest Group pour l'ouverture de 15 hôtels Holiday Inn Express dans le pays.

InterContinental Hotels Group announced the signing of an agreement with Pro Invest Group for the development of 15 hotels in Australia, under the Holiday Inn Express brand. The establishments represent some 2,150 rooms and will be located in the business quarters and around the airports of major Australian cities, like Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane. To develop and operate such a portfolio, Pro Invest Group has instituted a 150 million dollar fund. The first establishment coming from this agreement will be the Holiday Inn Express North Ryde in Sydney. The hotel should open its doors in Autumn 2014 and will have 190 rooms. The partnership with Pro Invest Group follows the announcement, a little earlier in the year, of the launching of the Holiday Inn Express brand in Australia, with a hotel opening in Perth expected in2015.
