
Hyatt Hotels Corp announced yesterday that it has signed deals for two Hyatt Places and a Hyatt House in Shanghai. Furthermore, eight additional management agreements in China were signed as well as the first two Hyatt-branded hotels in Mongolia.
These deals bring the total of announced Hyatt-branded hotels in the Chinese pipeline to 32.-* The Hyatt Regency will have 259 rooms and is expected to open in 2014. -* The Hyatt Regency Ulaanbaatar Turtle Rock resort will have 131 rooms and is expected to open in 2015.Management agreements have been signed for the-* The Hyatt Place Shanghai Jiading will have 210 rooms and will open in the summer 2014 -* The Hyatt House Shanghai Jiading will have 77 rooms -* The 150-room Hyatt Place Shanghai Xinjiangwan will have 150 rooms and will open in early 2015The additional deals in China include three Grand Hyatt hotels and five Hyatt Regency hotels (four of which in Shanghai).Hyatt also announced today that it has signed management agreements for the first two Hyatt-branded hotels in Mongolia:
