InterContinental Hotels Group is expanding in Mexico via its Holiday Inn brand. The Holiday Inn Monclova will open with 128 guestrooms as the first Holiday Inn branded hotel and fifth IHG hotel in Coahuila state."We are very happy to welcome the Holiday Inn brand to the State of Coahuila and especially to the city of Monclova, one of Mexico's key commercial, industrial and financial city centers", says Gerardo Murray, vice president, Marketing Strategic Services, IHG, Mexico, Latin America and the Caribbean.Aside from the 128 guestrooms, the Holiday Inn Monclova will also feature a restaurant, two meeting rooms for up to 500 guests, a business center, laundry and dry-cleaning services, a fitness center, and a pool.
