As one of the largest and fastest-growing brands in the industry, Holiday inn Express is puruing its South Asian expansion. The first Holiday Inn Express in Singapore offers 221 guestrooms in Singapore's shopping and entertainment hotspot. Amenities offered include Free Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel, a signature breakfast bar, a self-service business center, and a laundry room.The Holiday Inn Express Singapore Orchard Road is the third establishment of the brand in South East Asia, after the Holiday Inn Express Phuket Patong Beach Central and Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Siam, both in Thailand. The Holiday Inn Express Singapore Clarke Quay will join the country's portfolio in late 2014.The brand's regional expansion plan spans over five years, seeing the opening of 17 hotels in that time: two in Thailand, 12 in Indonesia, the Clarke Quay property in Singapore, and two in Malaysia.
