Hilton signs second Garden Inn for South America

Hilton Worldwide has signed a management deal to operate the first Hilton Garden Inn in Argentina and the second in South America.

The new-build Hilton Garden Inn Zarate, scheduled to open in early 2013, represents the company’s fourth development deal in Argentina and the second Garden Inn in South America. The brand will make its debut in the region later this month with the opening of Hilton Garden Inn Santiago Airport, Chile.The 159-key Hilton Garden Inn Zarate, located approximately 50 miles from Buenos Aires, will form part of a mixed-use development that will also include a convention center, commercial space and 144 residential condominiums.The 159-key Hilton Garden Inn Zarate, located approximately 50 miles from Buenos Aires, will form part of a mixed-use development that will also include a convention center, commercial space and 144 residential condominiums.
