Vanderslice, underlines that India is a key growth market for Hilton Worldwide. Currently, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, DoubleTree by Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn, and Hampton by Hilton are present on the market. Further, this development in Pune especially helps achieve development plans with a presence in one of India's gateway cities.Conrad Pune will offer 310 rooms on Mangaldas Road in the city's central business district, near commercial and entertainment centers, government institutions, and Pune International Airport. F&B options include six different outlets. For business, the hotel will offer a Large Ballroom with a break-away room and a pre-function area, four boardrooms, and a 24-hour business center. The leisure offer will include an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, spa, and a salon.
