
Four seasons has entered into an agreement with Miami-based private real estate investment company Fort Capital. The agreement will see Four Seasons reflag and manage the 9-acre The Surf Club with 965 feet of coastline.The project will consist of the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club will with about 80 rooms, and The Surf Club Four Seasons Private Residences with 150 homes and penthouses. Aside from the hotel and two residential towers, the property will also offer a private membership club, two restaurants, four swimming pools, a spa and fitness center, over 40 beach cabanas, and a park with beachfront gardens."This is a tremendous opportunity to grow our portfolio in Florida, a key growth market for Four Seasons," says Executive Vice President Worldwide Development, Scott Woroch. "Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club will be a dynamic complement to our existing properties in Florida."Further Florida expansion is planned for the summer, with the highly anticipated Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort.
