The Balearic Islands have welcomed two additions to their hospitality scene – Hyde Ibiza and Mondrian Ibiza. Situated in the Cala Llonga, these establishments are set to redefine the luxury hotel experience. Hyde Ibiza, has marked its European debut in this location, while the Mondrian brand has made its entry into Spain with the opening of Mondrian Ibiza.

Cala Llonga, renowned for its natural beauty and considered the premier natural harbor on the east coast, boasts an inviting 200-meter stretch of beach. Guests at both Hyde and Mondrian will be treated to access to some of Ibiza's most alluring hidden coves, seamlessly connected by a picturesque mountain route.

Hyde Ibiza

With 401 rooms spread across two twelve-story buildings, the hotel's architecture pays homage to the island's aesthetics, incorporating natural materials and artisanal elements that resonate with the environment.

Mondrian Ibiza

Mondrian Ibiza's arrival in Spain seamlessly aligns with its brand essence, deeply rooted in art, design, and culture. Given Ibiza's reputation as a hub for all three, the island proves a perfect match for the introduction of this 154-room destination.

The striking white façade of Mondrian Ibiza harmonizes with the Cala Llonga landscape.

Gastronomy is another integral aspect of these properties, with culinary delights curated by Ennismore's in-house F&B concept studio, Carte Blanched. Culinary highlights include Cuyo, a tribute to Mexican flavors; Bungalow, a relaxed poolside bar; Hyde Beach Ibiza, a clubbing hotspot; Sun & Moon, a versatile dining destination; The Perq, a destination for premium coffee and beverages; and Niko, an upcoming modern Japanese restaurant set to open in 2024.
