The hotel franchisor has signed two separate agreements to expand its network in the United Kingdom. The hotels are located in Manchester and Richmond, including a city debut for the Comfort Inn brand in Manchester.The Premier Inn Manchester North has become Comfort Inn Manchester North (42 rooms), the first Choice hotel in the city. "When we bought this hotel we researched very carefully which hotel brand to work with. It soon became clear that Manchester would be best served if we worked with Choice Hotels Europe", reflects Imran Zaman, Director of Budget Hotels Group.The prestigious Richmond Gate Hotel is becoming the Clarion Collection Hotel Richmond Gate (68 rooms), a property dating back to the 18th century. The establishment offers Gates Bar, the Cedars Health and Leisure Club with indoor swimming pool, spa area and gym, and five meeting rooms with a total capacity of 90 people
