Carlson Rezidor is already Russia's leading international hotel operator, and is capitalizing on that title with two adjacent new-build hotels in Moscow. The two hotels will add a combined 1,000 rooms to the group's portfolio, to open in 2016. These signings bring our portfolio in greater Moscow to 11 hotels with 3,700 rooms in operation and under development.The Radisson Congress Hotel, Moscow will account for 400 rooms with a 13,123-square-foot conference center, and the Park Inn by Radisson Hotel, Moscow will account for 600 rooms. Both hotels will be located on the grounds of the All-Russian Exhibition Center, a popular city park and tourist attraction.
