Neumann, President & CEO of Rezidor.This is evident with the announcement of the hotel group's seventh property in Istanbul, the Radisson Blu Conference & Spa Hotel, Istanbul Tuzla. The hotel offers 249 guestrooms and suites in the Tuzla district of the city, home to Istanbul's Formula 1 racetrack and the Turkish Naval Academy.There are 3,300 meters of events space, including a 580-meter ballroom, a 580-meter conference room, and 8 meeting rooms of various sizes. Dining options include two restaurants with terrace, three bars. Other facilities include an indoor and outdoor pool, a wellness area of 4,000 meters including a sauna and Hammam, massage facilities, a tennis court, and a large garden. The hotel should open its doors in the fourth quarter of 2013.
