
Best Western International has announced the latest addition to the Indonesian pipeline with the signing of an agreement to manage the Best Western Tangerang, West Java. This is the group's second establishment in the greater Jakarta area, with seven more to come by 2015. In Indonesia overall, the portfolio is to grow fife-fold, from a current portfolio of 5, to 25 establishments in the next few years.According to Glenn de Souza, Vice President International Operations, Asia & the Middle East, "West Java is booming. Jakarta and its fast-emerging satellite cities, such as Tangerang and Bogor, are becoming key business hubs in Southeast Asia". He continues, "We are currently undertaking an unprecedented period of expansion in Indonesia".The Best Western Serpong offers 196 guestrooms, including 12 suites within a contemporary 7-storey building. Each room features a flat-screen LCD TV, free Wi-Fi, a minibar, and private balcony. The hotel also offers a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, and restaurant and lounge.
