Already open in Antwerp, the concept is accelerating with a fundraising of 8 million euros made public at the end of March.
YUST Group launched in 2017 had opened a 7,000 sqm property in Antwerp in 2019 and announces a second opening in May in Liege. The new property will offer 45 rooms and 55 flats, on 6,000 m², for stays based on a hotel model from one night and long stay from one month. It will open in the heart of the Paradis Express eco-district.
The YUST concept is a perfect illustration of mixed use, offering several possibilities for stays, but also a restaurant that plays an important role in the concept, as well as meeting and exhibition spaces. Places that are resolutely open to their neighbourhoods with a vocation to mix the clientele, as their base line underlines: Talk to stangers.
The company has attracted new investors who are bringing in 8 million Euros to support its development. YUST Group aims to open 4 new locations and go international, in Portugal and the Netherlands, as well as two new locations in Belgium in Brussels and Ghent.
The mixed operating model will have enabled the first born to establish a resilient model. Performances which have attracted Krest Real Estate Investments alongside its historical shareholders Stélina Invest and TheClubDeal.
Jean-Louis Dubrule, member of the board of TheClubDeal and YUST, underlines in a post his enthusiasm for this new step by saying "Proud to be present alongside the historical shareholders of YUST. The development continues and the Brussels project is on the right track.
