ATD is the national network of tourism professionals committed to sustainable development. Its objective is to federate, represent and promote sustainable tourism practices in France in order to help industry players to adapt. Its network has 272 members.
The eleven new network members are:
Béarn Pays basque Regional Tourism Agency – ADT64 promotes tourism in the Béarn Pyrenees and the Basque Country.
Aix les Bains Riviera des Alpes – the new destination name for the territories of Aix-les-Bains, Chautagne, Le Bourget-du-Lac, Pays d'Albens, Cœur des Bauges, as well as the Lake Bourget and its surrounding mountains.
ARTES Tourisme – the company offers personalised stays in quality accommodation in its 6 destinations across France.
Gîte l'attrapeur de rêves – a place to recharge ones batteries, relax and have fun. It promotes an intimate atmosphere based on sustainability and eco-responsibility.
Nîmes Tourist Office – it works to promote tourism in the southern city.
Pays Tarusate Tourist Office – it promotes tourism in the heart of Landes and the department's pine forest. The office supports outdoor activities in the area, as well as local folklore and traditions.
SlowBreak – the company promotes eco-responsible holidays and sustainable travel in France. It works with local stakeholders in its destinations to promote environmentally friendly activities.
Spot On Travel – the application allows its users to discover France by van, camper or motor home. Designed as a tourist guide, it helps users prepare their road-trip in an eco-responsible manner.
TCI Research France – Travel Competitive Intelligence helps tourism organisations and brands navigate the economics of the sector through data. Its network of partners spans five continents.
Eklo Hotels – the independent group is reinventing the budget hotel industry by offering a concept of ecological, economical and friendly hotels. It has six hotels in operation and has submitted building permits for four more.
Communauté de communes Lodévois et Larzac – the community is located in the Pays Cœur d'Hérault and consists of 28 communes and 15,000 inhabitants. Amongst other activities, its vocation is to promote tourism in its territory.
