
Just opened, the Novotel Moscow City is the fifth Accor establishment in Moscow and the 16th in Russia. With the opening of its new establishment, the hotel group confirms its development objective in Russia and the CEI countries, to attain a network of 50 hotels in the region by 2016. Two other establishments should thus open their doors before the end of the year, under the Mercure and Pullman brands, and nine others scheduled for the first quarter of 2014."Our ambition is to attain a network of 50 hotels in Russia & CIS between now and 2016. We are developing all of our brands, including upscale with the launch of the Pullman brand between now and the end of the year. We expect to open hotels in new countries, like Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan", explains Yann Caillère, Accor CEO.The Novotel Moscow City was developed in partnership with Tashir holdings, and represents a total investment of 160 million Euros. Accor operates the establishment under a long-term management agreement.
