
Having signed a long-term management agreement with PATERO Development, Accor is expanding in Moscow with three establishments for over 700 guestroom as part of a mixed-use complex. This is not the first partnership with the developer, already on track to complete a similar project in the city by the end of the year.This latest agreement includes the Novotel Kievskaya (200 rooms), ibis Kievskaya (350 rooms) and Adagio Kievskaya (150 apartments). The complex containing the hotels is positioned to appeal to business travel particularly, near the Kievsky Railway Station that connects the Vnukovo Airport with the city center, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the financial district.According to Alexis Delaroff, Chief Operating Officer, Accor Russia and CIS, "Russia is one of the most important growth engine for Accor", and this upcoming project meets a serious demand for "modern inventory" to appeal to business traveler to this gateway city.
