10 new hotels added to Preferred Hotels & Resorts' portfolio at the end of 2024

Between October and December 2024, the independent hospitality brand Preferred Hotels & Resorts added ten new properties to its portfolio. These additions span several regions of the world, including Europe.

New properties in Europe: Austria, Spain, Switzerland, and Germany

Among the new members, the Kitzhof – Mountain Design Resort is located in Kitzbühel, Austria, with 160 rooms. In Lanzarote, Spain, the César Lanzarote hotel offers 20 rooms in a natural setting.

In Switzerland, the Appenzeller Huus – Huus Loewen welcomes guests with 120 rooms, while in Germany, the Das Achental offers 130 rooms in Grassau.

  • Aurika Mumbai International Airport (India): 325 rooms
  • Aurika Udaipur – Luxury by Lemon Tree Hotels (India): 139 rooms
  • Hotel Las Islas (Colombia): 55 rooms
  • L'Ermitage Beverly Hills (California, USA): 114 rooms
  • Gamboa Rainforest Reserve (Panama): 166 rooms
  • Hotel Magnolia (Chile): 40 rooms
