Damien has been with the Accor group since the beginning of his career, after a brief stint with Compagnie des Wagons-Lits. He has held design and technical positions since joining the French group.

As part of the recent reorganisation agreed at the beginning of January, he joins the Premium, Midscale & Economy division, under the direction of Jean-Jacques Morin, as Global Chief Design, Technical Services & Innovation Officer for Premium, Midscale & Economy brands.

Damien has been involved in a number of projects exploring new ways of consuming and offering service, notably in the context of experiments conducted with Citroën and JC Decaux on mobility issues.

I am looking forward to working with my teams worldwide to provide the best profitable & sustainable design for our partners, performant product for our hotels, unique memorable experiences for our guests and position Accor as a design & innovation trend setter.

Design is at the heart of the customer experience, but it is also a key lever for maximising the profitability of hotel assets. It is also an essential marker for singling out brands and positioning them with their customer communities.
