The brand Curio Collection by Hilton is opening an upscale property in the South of France: the Grand Hotel des Sablettes Plage (La Seyne-sur-Mer) marks the brand's first steps on the French market.
It is located on the Sablettes beach and offers 75 rooms and suites, as well as three restaurants, a spa (including pools, hammam, sauna, whirlpool) and a fitness center. In addition, the property is home to a ballroom and three meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 600 guests.
"Grand Hotel Des Sablettes Plage is the latest hotspot on the stunning and historic French Riviera," Mark Nogal, Global Head, Curio Collection by Hilton stated. He also illustrated his ambitions for the brand: "As we continue to expand our distinctive Curio Collection we are delighted to debut our first property in France, and soon to open a property in Paris."
Curio Collection by Hilton encompasses more than 30 upscale hotels across the world, most of which are located on U.S. soil. As of January 1, 2017, Hilton Worldwide is the 7th largest hotel group in Europe with 256 properties and 57,993 rooms, according to data published by Hospitality ON.
