Worldwide, 15% of the population is disabled and in France this figure rises to 18%. A considerable proportion of humanity, yet many tourist infrastructures and activities are not adapted to their needs. However, there is a glimmer of hope in the many initiatives taken by the various actors in the tourism and hospitality sector.
