The Northwest Florida resort is offering an additional health and safety measure for group travel.
Recognizing that many businesses in the U.S. are looking for ways to safely bring employees back together face-to-face, Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa announces the capabilities to add proximity contact tracing for group gatherings and events.
Providing groups with the option to include proximity contact tracing as part of an upcoming business meeting, corporate event or general gathering is the next step in creating a safe setting for groups of all sizes as they look to once again reconnect. In addition to our health and safety protocols and secluded location in the Northwest part of Florida, we continue to assess ways we can welcome groups to a risk-reduced and relaxing coastal setting.

Building on the resort's enhanced cleaning measures and social distancing protocols, the location of nearby contacts is the next element in ensuring a safe space in today's travel climate for meetings, events and general group gatherings.
Provided and managed by Vital Circle, the new Nearby Contact Locator capabilities will be customized to best meet the needs of each group. Vital Circle is a provider of HIPPA-compliant nearby contact location services via a wearable device as events begin to pick up in the new travel state. The company will also offer groups looking to meet at the Hilton Sandestin to help with daily digital health checks, validation of test results and immunization verification, and privacy of all information shared by each attendee via a web-based application. Vital Circle's latest addition, onsite testing, now allows resort events to add these capabilities to build a full suite of group offerings.
Our main objective is to play our part in providing group travelers a safe way to place in-person meetings and events back onto their calendars. We are thrilled to be working alongside a resort such as Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa that is equally committed to creating a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere for groups.
