Karim Soleilhavoup was appointed General Manager of the International Logis Federation in 2017.
After several missions in consulting and market research, he joined Nouvelles Frontières in 2003 as head of marketing and training, with a particular focus on the creation of the TUI brand in France. In 2006, he was promoted to strategic marketing director of the group. In 2008, he joined Accor Hotels group as marketing and communications director for the economic brands. In 2010, he became head of commercial development for Pierre & Vacances and Maeva. In 2013, he was appointed Managing Director of Kawan Group and joined the management board of Vacalians Group, the parent company. Since 2016, Karim Soleilhavoup held the position of Business Development Director and member of Courtepaille's Executive Committee.
