James Lamb is the Vice President Strategy & Intelligence of Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts.

James is a self-confessed foodie and as a strategic thinker, plans his restaurant itinerary months before he travels on vacation, such is his desire to embark on gastronomic journeys and experiences.

His passion for food and drink and trying new places to eat, combined with his determination to ‘make a difference’ in the workplace, put him in good company at Mövenpick, a global hospitality firm renowned for its F&B expertise and culinary innovation.

He’s a sports fanatic too, favouring skiing in the Swiss mountains, close to Mövenpick HQ, or watching the England rugby team play while savouring a wine or beer from the comfort of his home or hotel – in the south of France, Bali or Jamaica if he has the choice.
