Carlos Ulecia is the General Secretary of NH Hotel Group.

Carlos Ulecia Palacios has a degree in Law and Management. Ulecia holds a Master in Company and Tax Law from IE Business School (Madrid). He has worked as senior associate in Landwell Law, firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers. In 2000 he was appointed director of the legal department in Indra Sistemas. He joined Prisa in 2007 as Vice Secretary of the Board of Directors. He is professor at CEU San Pablo University and at IE Business School (Madrid). He is currently General Secretary of NH Hotel Group.
