Facebook launches a new tool to help travellers picking where they want to vacation.
Aware having the ability to reach travellers at different steps of the trip-planning process, Facebook wants to exploit this opportunity and go further.
The company set up a new product called “trip consideration” targeted for users who have expressed intent to travel, for example liking or browsing sea destinations pages, but have not chosen exactly where to go.
Travel advisers will be able to create ads promoting flight or hotel deals to help the user to make a decision.
The brand declared “Trip consideration works in conjunction with existing targeting options to help advertisers deliver ads to the right people at the right time, and can be used to drive action across Facebook, Instagram and Audience Network”.
