
The winners of the call for projects for the metropolis of Grand Paris have been announced. Among the 51 designated sites, more than ten include innovative hotel projects. Location, design, capacity, operator... what characteristics will these new hotels have?
The winning bidders have successfully put forward their hotel projects for the future Metropolis, "Greater Paris": 4% of the total space dedicated to new projects (51 sites in total) will be devoted to the hotel industry. This represents nearly 85,000 m² of hotel space, which accounts for 2,000 new hotel rooms.

These new sites are expected to attract around 200,000 visitors per year. Some hotel projects, such as Villiers-sur-Marne, are connected to conference centres.
