Six years after the launch of the new hotel concept, Okko opens its first property in Nantes.
The new brand started by Paul Dubrule and Olivier Devys is opening its very first property, the Hotel Okko in Nantes. The 80-room property has all the characteristics of the new four-star hotel concept: a privileged location in the city center, intelligent design signed by Patrice Norguet that relies simplicity, personalized reception 24h/24 with easier check-in and check-out procedures, and an affordable all-inclusive offer (wi-fi, VOD, telephone, access to the Club and wellness center).
The opening of the Hotel Okko in Nantes is the first in a series of nine spread out over the next four years : Okko Grenoble Jardins Hoche with 138 rooms and Okko Lyon Pont Lafayette with 85 rooms in 2014, Okko Rueil-Malmaison Gare with 110 rooms in 2015, Okko Bayonne with 95 rooms, Okko Cannes with 125 rooms and Okko Strasbourg Presqu'île Malraux with 125 rooms in 2016, then Okko Paris Montparnasse with 95 rooms and Okko Toulon with 98 rooms 2017.
