Global Lodging Forum

At the 19th edition of the Global Lodging Forum, the theme of new hotel concept launches will be covered at a round table with representatives of innovative products such as The Student Hotel, Meininger Hostel, AirBnB, Yotel and Motel One.

Many accommodations concepts are springing up today in response to the evolution of the behavior of travelers and their budgets. Often invented by professionals from other sectors with an original vantage point of the hotel industry, they have even been adopted by a new generation of clientèle. But how can the success of this curiosity be transformed into a well-established network in Europe's cities and worldwide and validate the economic model on a larger scale without losing the soul of the concept? What partners? What kind of financing? What development models?

Representatives of innovative concepts will attend the 19th edition of the Global Lodging Forum to attempt to answer these questions, at the round table entitled "New hotel concepts: how to move out of the laboratory and onto the global market?":

For more than 19 years, the Global Lodging Forum has been the only international
platform organized in France that brings together all the areas related to the development of the hotel industry: operators, banking institutions, real estate companies and developers. More than 500 of the managers of the biggest hotel groups have just assessed the business circumstances at French, European and global hotel chains. Across two days the Global Lodging Forum will alternate MKG Hospitality's detailed market analysis, the thematic round tables and most importantly the informal encounters that become business meetings during the different breaks.
