Gaylord hotels launches a mobile application to find one's way around the hotel

Gaylord Hotels, of which Marriott International is a majority shareholder, in collaboration with MeetingPlay platform, has recently developed the first mobile application to guide visitors inside its establishments.

Gaylord Hotels brand is launching a mobile application to guide guests inside its establishments. By using ibeacon technology, a system that allows a smartphone to be located inside (and to visualize space with a 3D map), it provides detailed instructions so that customers can easily navigate throughout the different hotel areas (rooms, meeting rooms, fitness center, closest toilets). This interactive application also allows you to find services located nearby the hotel, such as ATMs, restaurants or shops. It is also possible to make reservations for restaurants or the hotel's attractions, or to share one's location with other people.

Gaylord Hotels, of which Marriott Hotels is a majority shareholder since 2012, currently operates four resorts with nearly 7,800 rooms in the United States. A 1,507-key unit s is currently under development near the international airport Of Denver and will open in 2018.
