Eolian is the most prominent hotel in Milazzo, it dominates Capo Milazzo and is located 30 meters above the sea level, in the centre of the city.

Summary _ The privileged location grants to all hotel guests an amazing view of the city as well as the sea._ The hotel concept is focused in one word: dynamic; this concept has been introduced in order to challenge traditional views on hospitality structures. _ The critical factor in this project lays in the control of hotel’s thermal performance which is designed of shading concept organized to react from the outside in; Dynamic shading structure is designed to embrace Mediterranean weather conditions thourgh high performance curtains and sunshades addressing the solar gain and providing controlled shaded areas in the exterior._ The new concept has been introduced to make the hotel dynamic when you walk and experience it.Each element blends into a movement of architectural space marking strong inter connection between interior and exterior and underlining formal relation between furniture elements and the exterior skewed sunshades._ This unique concept is developed specially for EOLIAN MILAZZO HOTEL which includes 46 rooms: 3 suite rooms, 3 junior suite, one luxury apartment. Outside areas cover 20.000 sqm with 2 swimming pools, a tennis court and a foorball A5 field. The total cost of the realization of the concept was about 1.000.000 euro._ Recent opening of the hotel is allowing us just to begin to feel our clients positive response. Renovation and innovation have made enormous positive difference and our customers come back eagerly to enjoy new confort of EOLIAN MILAZZO HOTEL.
