Wojo is a major actor in the market for new workplaces (coworking, private offices and meeting rooms), created by Bouygues Immobilier.
Launched in 2015 by Bouygues Immobilier under the Nextdoor brand, which has been 50% owned by Accor since 2017.
At the beginning of 2019, Nextdoor became Wojo and has since continued its expansion, including internationally.
