VICARTEM is a family business specialising in innovative projects in the hotel, property and retail sectors.
For the past twenty years, Vicartem's projects have had one thing in common: the creation of unique places in the heart of cities, such as the Balthazar Hôtel & Spa Nuxe - MGallery by Sofitel in Rennes.
Today, the group has 13 hotels, 90 property companies and 2 boutiques in operation.
Vicartem has set up two management companies: Younight Hospitality, specialising in hotel management, and Vicartem REIM, specialising in property management.
Younight Hospitality designs tailor-made management contracts to suit individual needs, while Vicartem Real Estate Investment Management (REIM) specialises in arranging property deals, financing operations, managing works and managing property assets on behalf of third parties.
