SEH

The Société Européenne d' Hôtellerie (SEH) is the first multi-brand cooperative group of independent hotel owners in Europe. With more than 540 hotels worldwide, including nearly 450 in France, the group benefits from a large network of hotels. Its hotels are mainly positioned in the economic and mid-range segments.

Created in 1967 by a cooperative of hoteliers from the South West of France in the form of an association (1901 law), Inter-Hôtel has gradually developed through this associative approach, in parallel with Relais du Silence, a group created in the Rhône Alpes in 1968, also under associative form. The two networks between 1988 and 1989 were transformed into separate joint stock companies with variable capital, before merging in 2010, giving birth to the Société Européenne d' Hôtellerie.

Present today in a dozen countries, with 4 brands, SEH is a leading player in mid-range and budget hotels in Europe. Ranked 53rd group in the world in terms of hotel park, it continues to expand internationally, with more and more country managers.

The group's four brands, P' tit Dej-Hotel (economic), Inter-Hotel (mid-range), Qualys-Hotel (high-range) and Relais du Silence (high-range), are complementary and offer a diversified range of services.
