The group today has a portfolio of four brands. Rosewood Hotels & Resorts and New World Hotels & Resorts cover the ultra-luxury and upper-upscale segments, respectively. Asaya is an integrated well-being concept and Carlyle & Co. is a range of private members clubs.
Rosewood traces its origins back to the opening of The Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas, Texas in 1979.
In 2011, New World Hospitality acquired Rosewood Hotels & Resorts. Rosewood Hotel Group was thus born in Hong Kong.
As of July 2023, the group has 32 open hotels across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia in its portfolio. Its development pipeline contains 26 properties.
