lyf is a hybrid accommodation solution that offers apartment hotels, hotels or co-living flats.

lyf, a brand specialising in long stay and coliving, is owned by the Singaporean group The Ascott Limited.

lyf is an accommodation concept designed for the new generation of travellers, especially millenials, who are looking for flexibility and community. The flats, social spaces and experiential programmes in lyf residences are designed for guests to bond and foster a strong sense of community.

The residences will also be managed by Lyf Guards, who are themselves millennials and fully immersed in local life.

By 2025, Ascott's goal is to open 17 lyf residences in nine countries in Asia-Pacific and Europe. To date, Ascott has opened five lyf residences in Singapore, Bangkok, Fukuoka and Hangzhou. Between 2021 and 2025, 12 more lyf properties are scheduled to open in Bangkok, Beijing, Cebu, Danang, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Melbourne, Paris, Shanghai, Singapore and Xi'an.
