Hotel communication at the Worldwide Hospitality Awards

The 15th Worldwide Hospitality Awards ceremony will be held on November 17, 2014 at the InterContinental Paris Le Grand. Once again it will reward the best hotel communications initiative.

A must at the Worldwide Hospitality Awards, the trophy for Best Communication Campaign rewards an operation by a hotel group or brand that has a national and/or international dimension, regardless of the media used: television, radio, printed press, billboards, Internet, or other.

Applications for the 15th edition of the competition are open and will be evaluated according to three criteria:

  1. Originality and relevance of the message, consistent with the target and the corporate, brand or group image (increase the visibility, change the image, launch of a new product or service...)
  2. Innovation in the choice of media and messages, and the major assets of the campaign
  3. Measurable efficiency of the campaign in terms of increased awareness and economic impact on the property's activity.


Last year, the trophy for the Best Communication Campaign was awarded to the megabrand ibis for its Ibis Snuggling Bunnies campaign using bunnies in its hotels to exemplify the feeling of comfort of its rooms and its Sweet Bed bedding. The operation created a buzz on the Internet.
