Pierre & Vacances announces 36 new contracts in Europe, strengthening its international presence.

Pierre & Vacances offers new residences this year: in Montenegro, Crete, Madeira and Malta. The company declares it is already present in more than 260 destinations with nearly 20,000 accommodations in metropolitan France, the Antilles, Spain, the Canary Islands, the Balearics, Portugal, Italy, Sardinia, Croatia and Mauritius.

With a view to developing its international offer, Pierre & Vacances has signed agreements with partner residences. One third of these residences double Pierre & Vacances Premium's offer.

Pascale Roque, Managing Director Pierre & Vacances Tourisme said: "We market more than 140 residences abroad in around ten countries. Our short-term objective is to offer some twenty new residences per year and thus reach nearly 200 residences abroad within three years."
