MiHotel's mission is to market and manage Suites. It has just raised €2.8 million

2.8 million euros have just been raised by MiHotel's two creators: Nathalie Grynbaum and Stéphanie Marquez. The new investors are "2S Partners", accompanied by a pool of private investors.

MiHotel operates the hotel suites through a commercial lease with the owner and does not currently own any real estate assets (the suites are owned by private investors, "deal by deal"). Launched in Lyon, projects are being studied for Paris, and other priority areas have been identified for the next 3 years: Bordeaux, Nice, and Lille.

Parallel to these developments, openings in European capitals will be targeted by opportunity (Brussels, Lisbon, Madrid...). MiHotel management anticipates that development will accelerate at a rate of around 30 to 40 new suites per year over the next 5 years, i.e. a target of 200 suites over the next 5 years.

The objective for the coming years is to accelerate the development of the supply in order to have around fifty suites by the first quarter of 2019.
