The hotel group and the railway company announced on Thursday that they have signed a partnership combining their loyalty programmes.
The two companies will allow their customers to benefit from the advantages of the other; the two "Clubs" will thus offer their members more benefits, which could make their loyalty programs more competitive.
Beyond the possible benefits in terms of customer loyalty, AccorHotels will have the opportunity to broaden the communication of its offers to some of the 10 million annual passengers on Eurostar trains. For the Franco-British company, this new partnership will increase the visibility of its new "Eurostar Club" program - launched in December last year - and its services by the 32 million members (in May 2017) of Club AccorHotels.
