Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group is one of the most important hotel groups worldwide. It has a portfolio of more than 1,319 properties, representing 208,500 rooms, operational and under development, giving it an international presence in over 81 countries and destinations.

Born in January 2011 out of the merger of the Carlson group and its subsidiary Rezidor, the group operates its properties under a powerful range of brands: Radisson Blu, Park Plaza, Park Inn by Radisson, Country Inns & Suites and Hotel Missoni. The merger is part of Ambition 2015, Carlson’s strategic plan that aims to generate more than $400 million in additional revenues and increase the RevPAR index by more than 9 points by 2015. Since the plan’s implementation, Carlson Rezidor is sticking to its plan and has accelerated growth with the addition of more than 84 hotels, for 16,600 rooms, to its pipeline in the last three years. The group has also strengthened its brands, with, in particular the arrival of Radisson Blu in the United States.
