
What will the gastronomic restaurant be like in 2020? That is the question asked at the second edition of the Vatel Concept Awards. Students from all Vatel hotel and tourism management schools worldwide projected themselves into the future as a hoteliers in the year 2020. In teams they imagined a gastronomic restaurant concept that fits into an ecological and sustainable perspective, within a hotel and spa that could operate under the brand of one of the major hotel groups recognized worldwide.
