Berlin: record occupancy, price war and worries

While the rest of Germany posts bad monthly results, Berlin saw its situation right itself in April. The monthly growth of the occupancy rate (+5.6 points) confirms the uptrend for Berlin’s hotels. Nonetheless, cause for concern subsists, particularly in relation to the FIFA World Cup that is fast upon us.
