Responsible for relationships with master franchisees, individual franchised hotel operators as well as management companies.
Ben Schumacher first joined Wyndham in 2016 as Franchise Services Manager overseeing the South Pacific region. In his newly expanded role, Mr Schumacher will lead a team of Franchise Services Managers in Asia to oversee and support a portfolio of 82 franchised properties across South East Asia and the South Pacific.
Before joining Wyndham, Ben Schumacher was the Director of Operations at Hilton Surfers Paradise where he was responsible for the effective operational management of the hotel.
Mr Schumacher holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Hospitality and Tourism from Pacific International Hotel Management School.
