In February, Barcelona posted spectacular growth for its RevPAR (+20% in February alone) which seems synonymous with a renewed growth track for the Catalan capital. In any case, the figures suggest that the problems with over capacity are a thing of the past!

Since last November, Barcelona has not stopped improving its monthly performance: +1.9% for the RevPAR in November, +6.7% in December, +13.5% in January and… +20% in February!
