The group will open its first upscale Ascott residence in Qatar under the Ascott Doha brand.

After having maintained excellent occupation rates in its Somerset West Bay Doha residences, more than 80%, Ascott Limited has decided to launch its first upper scale brand residences in the same market. The group has opened its first Ascott in the city of Doha as well as Qatar.Ascott Doha offers 229 apartments in the diplomatic center of the city, only 10 minutes from the business and financial district.“We observe a strong demand for hotel residencies in Qatar.
